Architectural Components Group, Inc. introduces a new descriptive order process for architectural ceiling and wall panels which will have three advantages to stakeholders.
  1. It aids the architect in customizing parameters of some flat panels used in their projects.

  2. It provides the contractor a quick reliable way to translate the project requirements into a concise order format to be communicated to ACGI. This also eliminates some of the approval process required for custom shop drawings and samples.

  3. Combining the first two benefits with the commitment by ACGI for inventory and dedicated manufacturing time, it provides for a much quicker delivery time frame.

We have labeled this new Process Custom-Time Critical, or C-TC. By following the progressive steps in this document and writing down the choices made on the summary page, all the requirements of the panels can be customized to the project and properly defined.
This information, when given to ACGI via fax or e-mail, transmits all the requirements for manufacturing and will serve as the order form.
